Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Method: Unless otherwise requested all food items will be sent US Mail via flat rate boxes. Customer Invoice will reflect cost of items purchased; shipping and handling; total. FedEx and UPS are available. Call for price and shipping schedule. Overnight shipping is doable with reasonable notice. Call to make sure it's reasonable as successful baking is weather dependent. Overnight is possible Monday through Friday. It is the customers responsibility to make sure there is someone to receive the order upon arrival. All shipping includes tracking and insurance.

Timing of Delivery: As all True Color Cooking GF baked goods are produced one batch at a time by hand and individually wrapped for freshness ... Most orders can be shipped next day. For example: an order made Monday morning before noon can be produced Monday afternoon and mailed Tuesday morning gets to you Thu/Fri on East Coast, Thu/Fri West Coast. If the items are "in-stock" they can be mailed the same day of the order, excluding Sunday and Federal Holidays. Provision for alternate transport via FedEx or UPS can be made upon request. NOTE: All shipping times are estimates. Weather happens!
